The brand has built a world where individuals can indulge in sophistication and versatility while keeping their individuality. To this day, the brand aims to create a legacy of exceptional luxury leather goods curated for extraordinary people.

Business Objective

Smythson was looking for a reliable partner and supplier that could improve its existing photography style and highlight the luxury craftsmanship of its product better. Smythson needed a complete revamp of its e-commerce photography to enhance the digital customer experience and help grow sales.

The Challenge

The existing e-commerce photography lacked consistency, colour matching, and creative product styling, which impacted both conversion and the number of returns. The challenge was to take a step back, look at the entire website, and define a clear photography style that could be applied across the e-commerce to enrich the quality of the product photography.
