Background

Himalayan Natural Mineral Water is a naturally balanced mineral water sourced directly from the Shivalik Range in the Himalayan Mountains. Never touched by human hands, every drop filters through the mountains for 20 years until it arrives in a confined aquifer 400 feet below ground.

Brief

BORN was approached by Himalayan to develop a premium digital experience that captured the essence of wellness and exotic source of the brand.

The Challenge

Tata Global Beverages chose BORN as its design and technology partner to build a unified website platform for its global premium water brand, Himalayan Mineral Waters. The platform needed to span four countries and enable Tata Global Beverages to manage a portfolio of regional and global websites to drive brand engagement, education, and eCommerce.

Our Approach

This project was driven by Tata Global Beverages’ vision which is founded on three pillars – Engagement, Education, and Sales. The initiative included leveraging Acquia Commerce for markets already driving online sales on their existing sites.

Thinking Ahead

BORN helped Tata Global Beverages create an eCommerce technology roadmap for other markets to start online sales in the near future.
